Class Descriptions

Body Sculpt – experience this challenging and dynamic whole-body muscle conditioning class using any combination of dumbbells, barbells, bands & your own body weight as resistance tools with a focus on developing muscular endurance and strength.

Chair Yoga – this gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. Build core strength, balance and flexibility in this dynamic flow class.

Dance Flow – This class is full of fun!  A blend of choreographed, well-known songs, and free-flow styles, where letting lose, laughing and being silly are highly encouraged!  You will leave with an improved mood, a clearer mind and reduced stress.

Dirty 30 – a quick & dirty mix of strength & cardio designed to challenge you in a high-intensity, short duration format!

Fit & Fabulous - a combination of low impact cardiovascular exercise and muscular endurance training finishing off with flexibility and stretching.  This class is perfect for the new exerciser or those looking for a lower intensity option.

Fit Mix – This ever-changing rotation of Accumulator, Tabata & HIIT style classes offers options for every fitness level and includes a balance of cardio & strength work for a great way to round out your workout!

Flex & Flow - ideal for the Older Adult, this class uses a combination of gentle aerobics, strengthening and lengthening moves that will assist in postponing and tackling the signs of aging.

H.I.I.T. Mix – This class will feature a variety of high intensity intervals combining both strength & cardio to give you a full body workout that changes every week!

Qi Gong - The term “qigong” is a combination of two words: "qi," which means “subtle breath” or “vital energy,” and "gong," which translates to “skill cultivated through steady practice.”  Together, the words describe an age-old practice that harnesses the power of breath, movement, and intention setting to create health and balance within the body.  This gentle practice is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

*S.B.T. Suspension Band Training – this is a small group specialty program with pre-registration required. Next session begins on April 17th.  Cost: $109 members/$129 non-members plus tax.  Limited to maximum 6 participants.

Step & Core - Step class involves cardio conditioning on step benches and risers while performing choreographed routines to upbeat music.  The class finishes with some core work to round out the workout!

Tabata – This class will feature a variety of high intensity intervals combining both strength & cardio to give you a full body workout that changes every week!

Yoga - Based on hatha yoga, this class blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.
