No stranger to adversity & finding ways to overcome it, Coach Jen is open & honest about the struggles she faces & understands that we all have our own baggage when we begin our journey. If we are going to reach our goals, we first need to unpack the things that are weighing us down. A firm believer that healthy bodies come in all shapes & sizes, Jen believes that health is about so much more than a number on a scale! What is the point of working hard if we can’t enjoy the things we want in life? Her philosophy is all around balance & finding a way to live the life you dream of with the energy & vitality you need to accomplish your goals & dreams. With certifications in fitness, life coaching, holistic nutrition, meditation & more, Jen believes that in order to achieve your goals, you must first be willing to face the obstacles that are in your way. You can’t have a healthy body without first having a healthy mind & Jen is no stranger to the struggles that we can face to get there. Step one is getting real with yourself & Coach Jen is not afraid to dish out tough love as required! While she enjoys working with a variety of clients, Jen’s passion is in helping women find ways to take back their lives & empower them with the tools they need to truly find their best life: mind, body & soul.

Want to work with a Coach who knows just when to push you & when you need a little tough love?! Joelene is the Coach who can give you that nudge you need to take you out of your comfort zone & make you believe you can do “just one more” even when you are ready to quit! Getting her start in the fitness industry in 2009 as a group fitness instructor, Joelene has added numerous certifications to her repertoire including Kickboxing, Holistic Nutrition, TRX & more. Her passion is group training with a focus on Bootcamp & Kickboxing programs at the top of her list! She is not afraid to give her clients the gentle push they need to get them out of their comfort zones & on to the next challenge all while keeping them laughing & smiling with her wacky sense of humour & endless creativity for dreaming up new & challenging routines! She is an excellent connector that will help you connect with our tribe & find the vibe that resonates with you building not only your health & strength but amazing connections with other like minded individuals building a community of support & encouragement.

COACH DEBBIE DOIRON, PTS/FIS

Coach Deb will challenge you while making you feel comfortable & capable all in the same session! After retiring from a long career in the corporate world, Deb decided to turn her passion for fitness in to her second career sharing her love for health & wellness with her clients. She is one determined chick who took on the long-term goal of climbing Mt. Katahdin at the age of 61 & has proven over & over again that you can do anything you set your mind too if you are willing to put in the work! If you have a goal you feel is out of reach, Deb will show you just how you can get there in a kind & caring way that gently pushes you to your full potential! While she enjoys teaching group fitness, Deb loves working one on one with clients & is determined to help her clients achieve their goals & then set new ones to aspire to. She has a passion for teaching Suspension Band Training (SBT) & can show you just how this amazing program can transform your body & build strength that you didn’t think was possible! Deb has the knowledge, experience & patience to work with a variety of clients from the new exerciser to those more experienced who are looking for their next challenge!
